Pinched Crown (dark red chenille)

 I stitched his hatfrom 6 mm chenille braid, a cotton/acrylic blend.  The chenille braid is a tight weave, offering great protection from the wind.  It is also super durable, can handle any rain or snow without damage.   The elastic band inside is soft and flexible against the head.
