C Curve Fascinator (cream w/ black)

The cream on this is "buntal" - a grass from the Philippines.   I have not used it a lot, but loving it for fascinators and my square brims.   The twists have a nice dramatic look.   I added stripped coque feathers and the black edging is a Swiss raffia braid.  The base has a nice airy look, my first try at using these synamy fiber bases, and I did add a small strip of felt to the forehead part to soften it against the skin.
