Platter fascinator (black/gold w/ peacock flue)

Going back several years, as I used to make a few of these.   I do love the simplicity of it, and then a sort of Asian style.  It is 3 parts I made from the 11 mm wide Swiss Tubular braid.   The feathers are a peacock flue, one of my favorite feathers.   The diameter of the disk is just under 6 inches.  A hat easy to wear just for a fun dinner out, on those rare occasions that will hopefully become more frequent again soon.
